-Please contact info@vlmspec.com for an RMA#, returns cannot be processed without an RMA#

-Hardware is subject to a 20% returned goods fee.

-Software and calibration sales are refundable for 30 days unless the vehicle has been flashed or unsecured files have been transferred to the customer.

-Calibration work is non refundable once development has begun.
